After a few years working 9 to 5 jobs as a sales rep for a publishing house and in an admin position for a training company, Ben decided to look for something more. Having read lots of books about property investing he decided to get some "on-the-job-experience" and worked in the construction side of property while he studied several investment courses.When he started making enough money from his investing he cut his workload right back and took part in a 12 month mentoring program with Rick Otton. (Go Direct 2006) During this time Ben travelled around Australia making property deals using advanced vendor financing strategies. It was during this time Ben sourced the property which Rick later featured on the TV show Hot Properties.
Althought a succesful investor Ben has longed to work with a team of likeminded investors and share his knowledge and experience.
Ben joins the Knowledge Centre team with the view of helping new investors start out on the right foot and to help current investors increase their portfolio.
With the many investment opportunities being presented to Tony, Ben's role includes ensuring these deals are worthwhile for our members. This means negotiating appropiate terms with developers and helping our clients biuld their buy and hold porfolio or increase their immediate income using Rick Otton's system.
